The Hope Center, fresh off it’s amazing National Day of Prayer, is set to host several amazing events this summer. Check these out, and if you are in the DFW area, try to join us!
LifeMark LIVE
Starts June 13
Ladies, join us for this NEW monthly Bible Study! You’ll be encouraged by the lessons we learn from some very unlikely women in the Bible. You’ll leave this hour-long study challenged to be the woman that God has designed YOU to be! Meetings are from noon to 1:00 on June 13, July 11, and August 8 at the Hope Center. There is no preparation necessary for this FREE study – just bring your Bible and some friends and we’ll dive into God’s Word together.
Summer Speaker Series
Starts June 17
This is an amazing FREE summer speaker series about the Bible! Guest speakers will talk about the critical need for the practical application of God’s Word in our lives, especially in a culture that is increasingly antagonistic toward Christianity. The series will be on the following Monday evenings starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hope Center.
June 17 – “The Bible in the Real World” (Kerby Anderson)
July 15 – “The Bible and Our Nation” (David Barton)
August 12 – “Overview of the Bible” (Dr. Timothy Warren)
Biblical Counseling Intensive
With June Hunt
July 12-13
The focus for this year’s event will be “Worry – The Joy Stealer.” Founder of The Hope Center, June Hunt, will facilitate this presentation that is so needed for today’s world. This intensive will take place over two days: Friday, July 12 (6:30-10:00 p.m.) and Saturday, July 13 (9:30-1:00 p.m.). You can register online, at thehopecenter.org.
