Karon graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education and a Master of Arts degree in early childhood education from the University of North Texas.
Mrs. Sullivant is co-owner of the Sullivant Ranch. She is office manager. Karon is a consistent leader with a reputation for ministering to others with the highest ethical standards. She is a member of the North Central Texas College Foundation Board of Directors and Equine Advisory Board in Gainesville Texas. She is a member of other community services, which includes serving on the Abigail's Arms-Family Crisis Center Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Fundraising Team.
Karon and her husband, Larry, faithfully attend a church in Gainesville, Texas. They serve together on the Altar Prayer Ministry Team. Married since 1966, they have one son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters.
